Key Responsibilities
· Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and rollout of membership activities, including member day, seasonal campaigns, new member programs, and cashback/points initiatives
· Develop membership campaign plans based on business goals to drive member acquisition, engagement, repeat purchase, and retention
· Execute in-store member acquisition activities, such as QR sign-ups and campaign conversion
· Track and evaluate campaign performance, including participation, new members, sales performance, and repeat purchase, and conduct post-campaign reviews
· Conduct member segmentation (high-value, mid-value, low-value, inactive members) and execute targeted campaigns for different member groups
· Work closely with store teams to ensure smooth execution of membership activities and improve member participation
· Manage daily CRM system operations, including tagging, grouping, campaign setup, and basic configuration
· Prepare and analyze membership reports, tracking key metrics such as new members, active members, repeat purchase rate, and churn rate
· Monitor member feedback and support customer communication when needed to enhance member experience
· Collaborate with marketing and store teams to ensure alignment between membership activities and brand campaigns
· Stay updated on member trends and customer behavior, and continuously optimize membership campaigns and execution
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in membership operations, CRM, or customer growth (retail experience preferred)
· Familiar with membership systems, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven operations
· Strong data analysis skills (proficient in Excel and understanding of data logic)
· Experience in planning and executing membership campaigns
· Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate and drive execution with store teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
