Role overview

Working pattern

• The role is based in the Basildon store.
• Availability is required across four to five days per week, including Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and weekends.
• Shifts may range from early starts at 6:00am to late finishes at 8:30pm.
• Some evening, weekend and bank holiday work may be required.

The role

• Exceed customer expectations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Uphold top pet care standards and ensure excellent store operations.
• Build strong customer relationships and enhance the customer experience.
• Support deliveries and stock processing during morning shifts.
