Senior Business Analyst role combining hands-on analysis and people leadership across a technology portfolio.

Lead a team of four Business Analysts and partner with Product, Technology and business stakeholders to shape strategic change.
What you’ll do
- Lead, coach and develop Business Analysts, fostering collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement.
- Partner across Product, Technology and Operations to understand challenges, identify opportunities and shape solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and turn business needs into actionable outcomes.
- Lead discovery, options analysis and business case development for strategic decisions.
- Align initiatives with business priorities, customer needs and expected benefits.
- Support delivery teams through analysis, refinement, testing and implementation.
- Champion Business Analysis best practice and develop the wider Business Analysis community.

- Significant Business Analysis experience in a complex, customer-focused environment.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing Business Analysts.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with confidence to challenge constructively.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, user story development and backlog refinement.
- Ability to shape opportunities, assess options and build evidence-based business cases.
- Experience across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
- Retail, digital, omnichannel or customer-focused organisation experience is beneficial.
