The Store Auditor will be based in Dubai, report to the HR Manager and travel across GCC stores every month.
The role conducts unannounced audits of customer service and store operations to check compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced monthly store visits following a plan approved by the HR Manager.
- Audit customer service and compliance with policies and processes.
- Audit merchandising, cleanliness, fitting rooms, stockroom and stock, and uniforms.
- Check HR documents, punch clock records and information boards.
- Follow SOPs during each audit and check that stores follow them.
- Write clear reports with findings and actions; follow up with store teams to ensure actions are completed.
- Share common findings and suggest process improvements.
- Keep visit schedules and audit records strictly confidential.
- Use digital and AI tools to record audits, identify trends and prepare reports more efficiently.
Essential requirements
- High ethical standards, honesty, fairness and objectivity, including when findings are uncomfortable.
- Follow SOPs and set processes consistently, without shortcuts.
- Keep confidential information, including the visit schedule.
Experience and other qualifications
- At least 3 years in retail audit, quality, loss prevention or store operations.
- Good knowledge of day-to-day retail store operations.
- Able to write clear, accurate reports; strong attention to detail and organization.
- Willing to travel across the GCC every month.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
- A degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
