Role overview
Hands-on Finance Manager overseeing financial operations, reporting, and controls for the retail network across the GCC.
Works closely with senior leadership and helps shape financial management as the business grows.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day treasury and cash flow; lead budgeting and forecasting.
- Oversee monthly and yearly financial reporting and maintain strong internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS across markets; work with auditors and support the annual audit.
- Improve finance processes and provide senior leadership with financial insights.
- Use AI and modern finance tools to make reporting more accurate and faster.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years in finance, including at least 3 years in a manager or senior role.
- Started in audit at a Big 4 or similar firm, then moved into a hands-on industry role in cost control, FP&A, or budgeting and forecasting.
- CA, CPA, or ACCA qualification and strong technical accounting and compliance skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Retail or multi-country GCC experience is a plus.
