Position Overview
Join the Al Barsha outlet as a Sales Cum Merchandiser supporting product presentation, customer engagement, and retail sales.
Previous experience in fashion, garments, or clothing merchandising is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product displays according to company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate merchandise replenishment.
- Organize clothing and fashion displays to maximize sales.
- Ensure products are tagged, priced, and displayed correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the assigned section.
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and provide feedback.
- Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks, and stock transfers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales and merchandising.
- Previous fashion, apparel, garments, or clothing retail experience is mandatory.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good understanding of visual merchandising principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,200–AED 1,500 per month.
Work Location
- The role is based in person at the Al Barsha outlet.
