Sales cum Merchandiser role at the Al Barsha outlet.
The role focuses on retail sales, customer engagement, product presentation, and fashion merchandising.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide customer service.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Create attractive displays in line with company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Organize clothing and fashion displays to support sales.
- Ensure products are tagged, priced, and displayed properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the assigned section.
- Track fast- and slow-moving products and provide feedback to management.
- Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks, and stock transfers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, products, and promotions.
Requirements
- At least 1–3 years of experience in retail sales and merchandising.
- Prior fashion, apparel, garments, or clothing retail experience is mandatory.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good understanding of visual merchandising principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE availability and immediate joining are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,200–1,500 per month.
