Supervises daily hotel stewarding operations and the back-of-house team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency across kitchen support areas.
- Supervise and coach team members and monitor performance.
- Monitor stock of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and supplies; order for events and daily operations.
- Conduct stocktakes, identify loss patterns, control waste, and maintain par levels.
- Raise purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and coordinate supplier quality and budget needs.
- Work with Finance, Events, and other teams to support seamless operations.
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
