The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees hotel housekeeping and helps deliver memorable guest experiences through clean, well-maintained rooms and service areas.
Responsibilities
- Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain guest-room cleanliness and quality.
- Inspect checkout and occupied rooms, service areas, storage areas, and corridors.
- Report and promptly follow up on maintenance issues and facility concerns.
- Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects.
- Maintain inventory and stock levels and ensure housekeeping equipment is maintained.
- Provide excellent service, including responding to VIP and special guest requests.

- Work with urgency and discipline.
