• We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Steward to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• As a Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across our kitchen and food service areas.

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, cookware, and food service areas according to established standards
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and back-of-house areas to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment
• Properly wash, dry, and store dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils in designated locations
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and other kitchen machinery, reporting any malfunctions promptly
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards at all times
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely, following all safety procedures and regulations
• Manage waste disposal and recycling practices in accordance with organizational guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, communicating needs to supervisors
• Assist kitchen staff by organizing and restocking supplies as needed
• Participate in routine inspections and maintain detailed records of cleaning activities
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment
• Adapt to shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–2 years of stewarding or kitchen support experience preferred
• Food safety and sanitation certification preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene best practices
• Understanding of chemical handling and safety procedures
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent work standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Clear communication skills and willingness to follow instructions
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules and priorities
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
