Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas and equipment.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, and store them in designated areas.
- Provide kitchen staff with needed tools and utensils in a timely manner.
- Assist with unloading and organizing food supplies and deliveries.
- Dispose of waste and support recycling in line with environmental standards.
- Work with team members to maintain restaurant hygiene and sanitation.
Requirements for the role
- Have previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to high sanitation standards.
- Have basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary safety guidelines.
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
