EATX is hiring a Head Waiter/Waitress for a prestigious, high-volume fine-dining venue in DIFC.

Responsibilities
- Lead an assigned section and coordinate waiters and runners during service.
- Welcome guests, present menus, and make food and beverage recommendations.
- Take accurate orders and communicate allergies and special requests clearly.
- Monitor table progression, timing, and presentation throughout the dining experience.
- Support upselling, process bills accurately, coach junior staff, and reinforce service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and supervisors during busy periods.
Ideal candidate
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Head Waiter.
- Experience in an upscale, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurant.
- Strong menu knowledge, sales ability, and guest-engagement skills; confidence leading a section and supporting junior employees.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
