Stamping Die Process Engineer

Preferred Qualifications

• · Completed tool and die apprenticeship (preferred but not required).
• · Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Engineering (preferred but not required).
• · 6 years of die experience with demonstrated expertise in die process, die design, and/or die feasibility.
• · Knowledge of welding and assembly systems.
• · Ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems using both virtual simulation and physical tooling experience.
• · Familiarity with Teamcenter, MEDDS, DDP, material databases, and SharePoint.
• · Strong understanding of how product design, manufacturing processes, tooling standards, and die-process capability align to meet program objectives.
• · Hands-on technical background with direct exposure to die tryout, troubleshooting, and panel development.
