Lead the strategic evolution of Lean Technologies' multi-region infrastructure as a Staff DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer.
Architect scalable systems across hybrid-cloud environments to support financial services transactions.
Responsibilities
- Define and own infrastructure architecture across GCP, OCI, and on-premise data centers.
- Design and evolve Kubernetes platforms for multi-region scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Establish enterprise-grade GitOps and Infrastructure as Code standards.
- Drive automation and incident management with engineering leadership; mentor senior DevOps and infrastructure engineers.
Candidate requirements
- At least 8 years of DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience designing and operating complex distributed systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Linux internals, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Strong Python or Go proficiency, experience with multi-cloud environments, and experience with high-security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
