Build, deploy, and optimize autonomous AI agents for complex workflows at financial institutions.
The role focuses on precise, high-stakes automation across fragmented tools, moving beyond chat to end-to-end execution.
What you will do
- Design agents that execute actions across CRM and payment systems.
- Fine-tune LLMs for accuracy and compliance; implement RAG and inference optimizations.
- Integrate systems through APIs and solve enterprise automation challenges.
- Monitor performance with engineering and research teams and iterate using customer feedback.
Ideal candidate
- At least 3 years of AI engineering or NLP experience.
- Strong Python proficiency and production experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- LLM experience including prompt engineering, PEFT fine-tuning, and RAG.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, solve problems, and integrate AI with complex cloud infrastructure.
