Work Arrangement

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain, and manage individual and institutional investors.
• Build long-term client relationships to maximize trading activity and client satisfaction.
• Provide tailored FX and CFD trading solutions based on client needs.
• Conduct client meetings, calls, and follow-ups with market updates and trading opportunities.
• Work with compliance and operations to support a seamless client experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
• Promote the company brand and trading platforms in local and international markets.
• Represent the company at expos, seminars, and industry events.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relationship management experience in the Forex or CFD industry.
• Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, indices, commodities, and financial markets.
• A proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; additional languages are an asset.
• Familiarity with MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
