Experience and education

• Requires 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end reporting and integration solutions.
• Experience must cover SSRS, SQL, data modelling, data warehousing, and system-interface technologies.
• Strong banking knowledge and experience supporting regulatory, compliance, and business reporting are required.
• Hands-on expertise is required in complex SQL, stored procedures, validation, reconciliation, performance tuning, interface testing, error handling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills are required, along with attention to accuracy, compliance, stability, and timely resolution.
• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Professional or technical qualifications in Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI, data integration, or related database technologies are desirable; relevant banking, regulatory reporting, and integration certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver banking regulatory, compliance, management, and operational reporting using SSRS, Power BI, SQL Server, Oracle, and data-analysis techniques.
• Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards with Compliance, Finance, Risk, and business teams.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data-extraction processes; perform reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Data Warehouse and ETL teams on data sourcing, validation, lineage, and report specifications, and document reporting solutions.
• Design, coordinate, test, implement, and support Finacle interfaces with upstream and downstream systems.
• Ensure secure and accurate exchange through validation, error handling, reconciliation, and monitoring; investigate incidents and resolve integration issues.
