Role overview

Finacle development and integration

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Finacle applications across versions 7.x, 10.x, and 11.x.
• Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and complex SQL queries for customization and reporting.
• Develop Finacle API integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
• Integrate Finacle with workflow and middleware platforms such as PEGA, TIBCO, and microservices-based solutions.

Banking solutions and migration

• Implement solutions for customer onboarding, KYC, account servicing, loan processing, reporting, and other banking processes.
• Perform menu and applet customization, batch-job development, and scripting.
• Support upgrades and migrations, including customization migration, data validation, reconciliation, and testing.
• Lead or contribute to loan-module enhancements and migrations while ensuring data integrity and functional correctness.

Reporting, tuning, and support

• Develop and optimize banking reports using PL/SQL and tools such as iReport/MRT.
• Tune SQL and PL/SQL performance through query optimization, indexing recommendations, and package or procedure tuning.
• Resolve production issues, UAT defects, system incidents, and integration issues within agreed timelines.
• Support EOD processing and NEFT/RTGS, ATM, mobile banking, and internet banking integrations.

Requirements

• Ability to design, develop, customize, and maintain Finacle applications across versions 7.x, 10.x, and 11.x.
• Ability to develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and complex SQL queries.
• Ability to integrate Finacle APIs with external applications and enterprise systems, including workflow or middleware platforms.
• Ability to support Finacle upgrades and migrations, including customization migration, data validation, reconciliation, and testing.
• Ability to tune SQL and PL/SQL performance, including query and package optimization.
