Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in banking operations, project support, business analysis, system implementation, or operational support.
- Core banking systems experience, preferably Finacle, is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with data migration, reconciliation, testing, and documentation activities is preferred.
