Underwriting Support

• Process new business, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations across the commercial P&C policy lifecycle.
• Operate customer underwriting and policy administration systems configured entirely in French.
• Own end-to-end transaction processing to meet first-time-right and SLA quality standards.
• Interpret French-language proposal forms, endorsement requests, and broker correspondence.

Team and Stakeholder Support

• Support daily huddles and share process or business updates with the wider team.
• Resolve chasers and escalations raised by the French onshore team or brokers.
• Participate in customer engagement sessions conducted in French when required.
• Provide process guidance to newer joiners.

Compliance and Governance

• Follow GDPR-aligned data protection standards.
• Comply with client-specific policies, underwriting authority limits, and French-market regulatory requirements.
• Maintain customer service standards in customer-facing and back-office interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2–3 years of P&C insurance operations experience as a team member, SME, or QA.
• Graduate-level education or above.
• French proficiency at B2 minimum in reading, writing, and verbal comprehension; C1 is preferred.
• English proficiency at B2 working level for internal communication and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with French-language client platforms.
• DELF, DALF, or equivalent French certification is preferred.
• INS certification or equivalent P&C insurance certification is preferred.
