Role overview

The Technology Enablement team develops, integrates, and expands solutions, including enterprise GPU solutions, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and liquid cooling.

Senior Technology Enablement Engineer will drive technical and business engagements in the UAE and help position infrastructure solutions and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize HCI, Edge, HPC, and/or AI infrastructure solutions.
  • Position Supermicro datacenter and edge technologies.
  • Collaborate across teams to architect end-to-end solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Advise on server hardware selection, configuration, and deployment for performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide edge computing consultation, particularly in telecommunications, to improve application responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Present technical information and lead workshops for clients and stakeholders.
  • Track industry trends and emerging technologies to improve solution offerings and drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in a field related to datacenter technologies.
  • Familiarity with HCI, Edge, AI, and/or HPC solution design and architecture.
  • Knowledge of datacenter technologies, server hardware, and networking.
  • Familiarity with edge computing concepts and applications, especially in telecommunications.
  • Experience testing, validating, and benchmarking enterprise systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and technical leadership skills; organization, attention to detail, independence, and adaptability.

Location and work authorization

  • The role is based in the UAE.
  • UAE residency or work authorization is required.
