About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Retail & Loyalty Systems Analyst to support and optimize enterprise loyalty, retail, payment, and CRM platforms.

The role involves system integration, incident management, data validation, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure seamless business operations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and integration of loyalty platforms with POS, payment gateways, CRM systems, and third-party applications.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for loyalty and retail systems, including troubleshooting transaction and data-related issues.
  • Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, and reconciliation across loyalty, payment, and POS systems.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational, financial, and loyalty performance tracking.
  • Support loyalty campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives through configuration validation and performance analysis.
  • Monitor transactions, identify anomalies, and support fraud detection activities.
  • Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and recommend system enhancements.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and data validation testing for system upgrades and releases.
  • Collaborate with business, finance, operations, technology teams, and external vendors..

Required Skills

  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
  • Knowledge of loyalty platforms, POS systems, payment solutions, and CRM applications.
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and transaction flows.
  • Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and data reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Retail, fuel retail, loyalty, payments, or digital commerce domain experience.
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale customer engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT service management practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Loyalty, Retail, Payments, CRM, or Digital Commerce platforms.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, data analysis, reconciliation, and root cause investigation.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting, dashboard development, and business performance analytics.
  • Good understanding of POS systems, payment gateways, APIs, system integrations, and transaction flows.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
