About This Role
Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Consultant with strong technical expertise
in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud.
The role focuses on designing and
executing data-driven, cross-channel marketing campaigns, enabling real-time
personalization, and integrating customer data across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute campaigns using SFMC tools (Journey Builder, Automation
Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio)
- Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data and enable segmentation and
- personalization
- Implement end-to-end customer journey orchestration and lifecycle marketing
- strategies
- Integrate SFMC with CRM and other systems via APIs and data pipelines
- Develop dynamic content using AMPscript and personalization techniques
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize engagement through data insights
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and AMPscript
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / CDP is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of CRM integrations, APIs, and data architecture
- Experience in cross-channel marketing and customer journey design
