Role Overview

The role develops, customizes, integrates, and implements Oracle ERP solutions, including Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

The developer works with business analysts, functional consultants, project managers, DBAs, and stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and customize Oracle ERP modules, forms, reports, interfaces, workflows, extensions, APIs, and web services.
  • Build Oracle Fusion Middleware components and integrations with external systems using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Participate across the ERP implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Support data migration using ODI or FBDI and maintain data integrity, security, and performance.
  • Perform unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing; debug issues and maintain technical documentation.
  • Optimize applications and databases, monitor performance, and provide production support, fixes, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to deliver milestones.
  • Ensure development follows organizational policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Three to seven years of Oracle ERP development experience, including at least two years on ERP implementation projects, is required.
  • Hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience is required.
  • Experience with Oracle tools, Fusion Middleware, OIC, data migration, APIs, Oracle Database, and ERP modules is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, independence, and prioritization skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle certifications, NetSuite experience, DevOps practices, Agile or Scrum methodologies, and Oracle ERP performance tuning are preferred or advantageous.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.

Work Arrangement

  • The candidate must work on site four days per week in Hyderabad.
  • Working hours are aligned with the U.S. Eastern Time zone.
