Role Overview

Architecture and Design

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design for Blue Yonder ESP solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs aligned with Blue Yonder frameworks and industry practices.
• Define planning models, network design, constraints, and heuristics aligned with supply strategies.
• Interpret solver results to ensure planning quality based on constraints.

Configuration and Development

• Configure and develop ESP components for supply planning, inventory balancing, pegging, and constraint-based planning.
• Customize ESP engines for supply networks, demand signals, and production capacities.
• Create and manage planning parameters, supply chain hierarchies, and master data elements.
• Configure supply planning, constrained planning, and inventory optimization modules.

Integration and Governance

• Guide integration with Demand Planning, ERP, MRP, MES, and Google Datalake systems.
• Oversee data modeling, master data configuration, and rule-based planning logic.
• Review and approve functional and technical design documents.
• Ensure adherence to Blue Yonder standards and change management protocols.

Collaboration and Support

• Lead implementation teams and technical consultants.
• Gather requirements and align outcomes with supply chain, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct design workshops, walkthroughs, and training sessions to support knowledge transfer and user adoption.
• Support hypercare, production operations, process documentation, and transition to steady-state planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, including 5+ years in Blue Yonder ESP architecture or implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Blue Yonder ESP modules, Control-M, MAP solver, planning algorithms, pegging, and network optimization.
• Scripting ability in PL/SQL, Python, or batch scripting.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor.
• Strong communication, leadership, client-facing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Blue Yonder ESP or SCPO certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with OIL scripts, complex BOM deployment, load-building planning, or dynamic deployment is preferred.
• Experience with SPARQ solver and large-scale global supply chain transformation programs is a plus.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid implementation methodologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of Demand Planning, Sequencing, Control Tower, or Anaplan models is a plus.
