Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and backend technologies including Golang, TypeScript, or PHP.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into code and ensure designs are technically feasible.
• Build reusable code and scalable architecture for millions of users.
• Design MySQL schema migrations, optimize complex queries, and manage data integrity.
• Work with designers and product managers to shape application appearance and behavior.
• Resolve frontend and database performance bottlenecks; write maintainable code and participate in peer reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, explain technical concepts, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade applications.
• Hands-on Golang experience with microservices and concurrency.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience, including CSS frameworks, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Full-stack proficiency in data modeling, database optimization, REST APIs, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Knowledge of API lifecycle practices, asynchronous requests, and partial page updates.
• Use of test-driven development and acceptance tests; familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
• AWS experience with SQS, S3, Parameter Store, RDS, or ECS is advantageous.
