Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sr.

ServiceNow Business Analyst role based in Riyadh.

The Sr.

Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple ServiceNow modules, translating them into clear user stories and functional specifications for technical teams.

This role includes facilitating workshops, process mapping sessions, and requirements reviews to refine business processes and ensure alignment with platform capabilities and best practices.

The individual will work closely with architects, developers, and project managers to support solution design, validate configurations, perform user acceptance testing, and help drive successful deployments.

Ongoing responsibilities include analyzing platform usage, identifying optimization opportunities, preparing documentation and training materials, and supporting continuous improvement of ServiceNow solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Analysis skills, including eliciting, documenting, and managing Business Requirements and user stories.
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize Business Processes, including process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow design.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess solution impacts, and support evidence-based recommendations.
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading workshops, and presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow implementations (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, or App Engine).
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methods, including backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and coordinate with distributed, multicultural teams across time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline; relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS) are a strong plus.
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, with a focus on digital transformation and enterprise platforms, is beneficial.
