Overview
Customizo Arabia for Information Technology is growing, and we’re looking for a
Senior Account Executive – ServiceNow Solutions
- to help lead our enterprise sales growth in Saudi Arabia.
- This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who understands enterprise technology, digital transformation, and the Saudi market.
- You will work closely with clients, partners, and ServiceNow teams to identify opportunities, build pipeline, and position Customizo’s ServiceNow implementation, advisory, managed services, and licensing capabilities.
- In this role, you will:
- Build and grow a strong ServiceNow sales pipeline in Saudi Arabia
- Develop relationships with enterprise, government, and semi-government clients
- Work closely with ServiceNow teams and ecosystem partners
- Lead discovery conversations and identify real business needs
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to shape winning proposals
- Represent Customizo in client meetings, partner discussions, and industry events
- We’d love to meet you if you have:
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience in Saudi Arabia
- Experience selling enterprise software, IT consulting, system integration, or digital transformation services
- Strong relationships across the Saudi business and technology market
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
- A consultative sales style and the ability to manage complex opportunities
- ServiceNow experience or exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, or workflow automation is a strong plus
