Overview

Our client is seeking a highly experienced, results-driven

Senior Sales Manager

to lead business development and sales across the UAE’s oil & gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors.

The role requires a strong industry network, deep knowledge of ADNOC and EPC procurement processes, and a proven track record in oilfield supplies trading.

This is a senior leadership role focused on securing high-value contracts, managing key industry relationships, and representing international manufacturers across the UAE and GCC markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 15–20 years of experience in oilfield supplies trading, industrial equipment sales, or oil & gas services
  • Strong UAE/GCC oil & gas market knowledge, especially ADNOC and EPC ecosystems
  • Proven experience working with international manufacturers and securing product approvals
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving high-value sales targets (USD 2M+ monthly revenue)
  • Experience with EPC projects, framework agreements, and long-term supply contracts
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes in the energy sector
