Job Purpose The Mechanical Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems in buildings and residential homes, including plumbing, HVAC, pumps, water supply systems, drainage systems, and general mechanical equipment to ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair: Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems, HVAC, pumps, water heaters, valves, and plumbing in buildings, villas, and apartments.
Troubleshooting & Installation: Diagnose mechanical faults, identify required repairs or replacement parts, and support the installation and replacement of mechanical equipment and fixtures.
Safety & Coordination: Respond to emergency breakdowns, follow health, safety, and environmental standards, and coordinate with electrical, civil, and facility maintenance teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in building maintenance, residential maintenance, or facilities management.
Education: ITI / Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or related field.
Location: Must be based in UAE.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
