Job Description
- Assist in maintaining safe and efficient movement of attendees throughout the event.
- Liaise with operations, security, logistics, and venue teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Identify and escalate operational risks related to traffic and access management.
- Support vehicle flow, visitor access, staff transportation, and VIP movement planning.
- Monitor implementation of traffic management plans and operational requirements.
- Ensure traffic, access, and transportation plans are aligned with overall festival operations.
- Coordinate and oversee the appointed traffic management company.
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all traffic management activities.
