Key Responsibilities
- Secure new customers and maintain and develop existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed departmental revenue-generation targets.
- Conduct and report management-set sales leads and convert leads into revenue-generating business.
- Maintain customer detail records.
- Visit existing accounts regularly to validate service levels.
- Support customer service and work with operations and documentation teams to execute customer service contracts.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of logistics industry experience, including freight forwarding or customs clearance.
- 2-3 years of proven USA trade-line experience with existing business.
- Strong existing customer base with active revenue generation.
- Knowledge of international air and sea freight and customs clearance.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Target-driven approach and willingness to travel.
