Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development and/or proposal management .
- Strong local experience in bid preparation, bid management, and proposal development within a reputable engineering consultancy or project management organization in KSA .
- Proven track record in securing new business and supporting revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple pursuits simultaneously
