Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 15+years of experience in construction management within large‐scale development projects.
- Proven experience delivering building, hospitality, residential, or mixed‐use developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and complex site environments.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permitting processes, and authority coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‐making skills.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CCM, or equivalent.
