Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of project development, from initiation through to completion.
- Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and solve issues as they arise.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and expectations.
- Monitor project performance and produce regular reports on status and progress.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays and budget overruns.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 18 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is an advantage.
