Support Jasara’s growth objectives by identifying, pursuing, and securing business opportunities and leading bid preparation and proposal management.
Business development and proposals
- Lead business development and client engagement activities; identify opportunities across public- and private-sector clients.
- Manage bid and proposal preparation from opportunity identification through submission.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals with internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain client and strategic-partner relationships; conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business cases; support negotiations and conversion of opportunities into awarded projects.
- Maintain and report on the business-development pipeline, pursuits, and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in business development and/or proposal management.
- Strong local bid-preparation, bid-management, and proposal-development experience in a reputable engineering consultancy or project management organization in KSA.
- Proven track record securing new business and supporting revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities; able to manage multiple pursuits in a fast-paced environment.
