Role overview

Lead software engineering teams building end-to-end workflows and connectors for Saviynt's security posture product.

Develop secure, scalable, multi-tenant enterprise software for major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, implementation, testing, and release of product workflows; build and migrate enterprise application connectors using AI and agents.
  • Influence product direction and engineering practices; improve processes, tooling, and operational reliability.
  • Collaborate on architecture, test and deploy systems, start programs, maintain services, and document the software development lifecycle.
  • Provide application expertise and technical and customer support.

Experience and qualifications

  • Requires 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in a manager role.
  • Requires expert-level Java, Spring Framework, REST, and microservices ability, plus experience managing large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Requires experience with security principles, cloud platforms, containerization, SQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, CI/CD, AWS Glue, and Kafka.
  • Requires knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, and a record of leading engineering teams and talent.
  • Requires strong communication, presentation, leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about building with AI are requested; deep platform research experience is a strong plus.
