Job Purpose
The Consultant/Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving capital markets and cross-border transaction mandates across the GCC and emerging markets.
This role focuses on executing high-value real estate transactions, optimizing institutional portfolio strategies, and managing key relationships with sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, family offices, and private equity clients.
The ideal candidate will bridge sophisticated financial modeling with strong commercial acumen to secure mandates and deliver exceptional transactional outcomes.
2. Financial Modeling & Commercial Analysis
Develop and maintain robust financial, spreadsheet, and cash flow models (via MS Excel, Argus, etc.) to evaluate cross-border and local transaction structures.
Perform deep-dive commercial analysis and benchmarking to accurately project investment viability, including Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) metrics.
Transaction Value & Sourcing
Volume and value of successfully closed real estate transactions and signed exclusive mandates.
Financial Accuracy
Precision and reliability of financial underwriting and feasibility modeling across client portfolios.
Client Satisfaction
Delivering high-quality, institutional-grade advisory and transaction management services.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related commercial discipline.
4 to 7 years of proven experience within a Capital Markets, Investment Advisory, or Corporate Finance function at a major International Property Consultant (IPC) or private equity firm.
Chartered status with RICS (MRICS) or a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA) is highly advantageous.
Technical & Soft Skills
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, NPV, IRR structures) and market intelligence analysis.
An established and active network of institutional investors, developers, and real estate intermediaries in the UAE.
Sharp commercial acumen with a history of supporting complex asset negotiations and delivering confident pitches to C-level executives.
Alignment with global International Property Consultant (IPC) best practices and recognized industry standards (such as
