The employer is seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer in Dubai to design, deploy, and operate production-grade AI-driven systems.
The role focuses on end-to-end agentic workflows and integrations with enterprise platforms and external data sources.
Location and Workplace
- The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and is onsite.
Contract and Compensation
- The contract duration is four to six months.
- Compensation is based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy multi-step agentic workflow orchestration, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop gates.
- Build workflows using Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, and Azure OpenAI.
- Apply AI and machine learning foundations to model selection, evaluation, retrieval quality, and production monitoring.
- Build and operate agent systems in production and own, debug, and explain all developed code.
- Integrate SAP, Microsoft 365, and external data sources into AI-driven workflows.
- Monitor, optimize, and maintain production AI systems for reliability and performance.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least seven years of proven full-stack development experience with a strong AI and machine learning focus.
- Hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, and Azure OpenAI.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI systems, large language models, and workflow orchestration.
- Proven experience with production monitoring, debugging, and system optimization.
- Experience integrating SAP, Microsoft 365, and external data APIs.
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and eligible to work there.
