Responsibilities
- Oversee facility MEP operations and maintenance activities.
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, and CAFM systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize reliability and uptime.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets, contracts, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance updates for senior management.
- Identify operational improvement and energy-efficiency opportunities.
Required experience and skills
- 5–7 years of MEP management experience in hospitality, hotels, or facilities management in the UAE or GCC; mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, and CAFM systems.
- Proven experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, and operational activities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
Preferred background and eligibility
- UAE or GCC hospitality or facilities management background is strongly preferred.
- Must currently be based in the UAE with valid residency and legal right to work.
