  • Engineer the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network architectures across LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, routing, switching, and network segmentation.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting expertise for critical network incidents, performing root cause analysis and driving permanent remediation efforts.
  • Lead network transformation projects including upgrades, migrations, lifecycle management, capacity planning, and resiliency improvements.
  • Define and enforce network security standards, access controls, and compliance requirements in partnership with cybersecurity teams.
  • Implement proactive monitoring, observability, and performance management strategies to improve network reliability and availability.
  • Develop and maintain architecture standards, engineering documentation, operational procedures, and implementation guides.
  • Act as a senior technical consultant during customer engagements, solution design discussions, vendor interactions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor engineers, review technical deliverables, and promote engineering best practices across the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of overall IT experience.
  • 8+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
