Job Title: Senior Digital Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) - Arabic Speaker

Experience

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies to bridge business needs and technical delivery.

The role involves translating high-level business objectives and frameworks (such as 360-Service models) into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirement documents (BRDs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and transformation initiatives.
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and BRDs.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business value and delivery timelines.
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis, identifying gaps and recommending optimized solutions.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and SMEs to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements.
  • Support solution design discussions and ensure requirements are feasible and testable.
  • Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, stakeholder meetings, and UAT support.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs to final delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in business analysis processes and Agile practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
  • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proven experience in:

• Managing Product Backlog

  • Hands-on experience in AS-IS / TO-BE gap analysis
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow design
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, QA)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
