Operations

• Meet business objectives and KPI criteria including SLA, productivity, and quality targets.
• Proactively alert managers and subject matter experts about problems or concerns.
• Meet daily goals for allocated tasks.
• Use Japanese language skills to handle linguistic ambiguity with limited support.

Quality and Process Excellence

• Resolve customer-facing trouble tickets while meeting 100% SLA and quality expectations.
• Follow SOPs and manager directions to meet quality standards.
• Identify errors in SOP content and contact subject matter experts for corrections.
• Contribute automation ideas and process improvements through at least one Kaizen or four JDIs annually.
• Provide input during deep dives and root cause analyses.

Day in the Life

• Perform marketing operations that improve the visibility of Prime Video content.
• Learn marketing and workflow tools and adapt to new program features.
• Edit and correct content according to SOPs and identify content errors.
• Perform quality checks for content viewing flow and format.

About the Team

Basic Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read Japanese fluently.
• Complete an undergraduate degree in any stream.
• Be familiar with Excel functions.
• Hold JLPT N2/N3 certification.
• Communicate effectively and understand Japanese used in everyday and varied situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment driven by complex software systems and processes.
• Be a self-starter and effective team player.
• Bring strong attention to detail, root cause analysis, problem solving, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
• Have interpersonal skills for managing relationships with program and operations teams.
• Have working knowledge of XML standards or digital marketing.
