Provides senior-level business systems analysis, solution requirements leadership, and application-management support for Retirement and Benefits technology in Workday HCM and the broader HR technology ecosystem.

Works independently with business, product, engineering, architecture, security, data, risk, and vendor stakeholders to move initiatives from discovery through implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document traceable requirements; translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, use cases, and data mappings.
  • Lead requirements for SSO, access, authentication, and role mapping, coordinating with identity, cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, and vendors.
  • Lead assigned workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, facilitate decisions, and support testing through production validation and stabilization.
  • Coordinate operational requests and incidents, escalate application issues, and identify approved AI and automation opportunities.
  • Support vendor cases and agreements, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, team knowledge sharing, and colleague development.

Experience and qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong Workday HCM knowledge covering business processes, security, reporting, integrations, and application dependencies.
  • Experience with HR technology vendors, Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, integration and data-exchange requirements, and SSO connectivity.
  • Experience leading medium-to-complex technology workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Workday Payroll, Compensation, and broader Workday HCM experience is preferred; relevant Workday, business-analysis, or Agile certifications are assets.

Role capabilities

  • Retirement and Benefits are the primary functional focus.
  • Advanced analysis, problem-solving, requirements leadership, stakeholder communication, and application-management capabilities.
  • Workday Payroll and Compensation experience is preferred.

Pay details
