Role overview

Support API and data initiatives for a financial client in a main data warehouse environment.

Collaborate with technical teams, analyze data models, and own analysis and documentation deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Support API-related projects in the data warehouse environment.
  • Analyze data models, tables, and relationships, including primary and foreign keys.
  • Gather requirements and build solutions with architects and technical teams.
  • Deliver high-quality analysis and documentation independently.
  • Explain technical concepts to stakeholders and build relationships across teams.
  • Own deliverables, meet deadlines, identify issues, and propose solutions.

Desired skills and experience

  • Strong understanding of APIs and data architecture.
  • Expertise in databases, data modeling, and data relationships, including tables, joins, and primary and foreign keys.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Experience working with experienced architects and technical teams.

Nice to have

  • Databricks and Medallion architecture experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Databricks teams or cloud data environments is a plus.
