Working with a financial-services client, the Manager, Data Products & Analytics Modernization will lead a team creating a unified data environment and improving governance and KPI alignment.
The position combines team leadership with hands-on analytics and data solution work.
Compensation
- Expected compensation is CAD 100,000–115,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Lead 3–4 analytics professionals focused on data products and modernization.
- Implement governance practices for data quality and compliance.
- Translate stakeholder needs into data solutions; develop data models and dashboards.
- Consolidate dashboards and KPIs into a single, accurate source of truth and standardize measurement across departments.
- Automate workflows; use Python, SQL, and Power BI for solutions and analysis.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources; continuously improve data processes and tools.
Desired skill set
- Experience managing data products, data governance, and analytics teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer experience skills, particularly in call-center or back-office environments.
- Deep understanding of KPI measurement and business operations.
- Extensive hands-on Python, SQL, and Power BI experience.
- Ability to balance team leadership with technical contributions and communicate effectively.
- Microsoft Fabric, AI/ML in analytics, and enterprise modernization experience are nice to have.
