Basic Qualifications:

  • BE/ME in Computer Science or Electronics.
  • Minimum of 8+ years Real Time Embedded Software development experience.
  • Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of processor architectures, including x86, PPC, and ARM, and multicore technologies.
  • Expertise in designing and developing Board Support Packages (BSPs), device drivers—including ARINC 429, RS-422, RS-232, and Ethernet—and middleware, including network and communication stacks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong personal leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, results-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Brings innovative approaches to design work.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and the ability to influence peers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop planning and certification documentation that complies with DO-178C.
  • Develop high- and low-level requirements for Platform Software certification.
  • Develop and own the software architecture and design, and drive key decisions.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead certification activities.
  • Solve complex technical problems, develop solutions, and remove obstacles for the team.
  • Support the team’s overall talent development.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
