Role overview
Perform blasting, surface preparation, and spray painting on heavy equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities
- Remove rust, old paint, and contaminants before applying primers and protective coatings.
- Paint and maintain excavators, cranes, loaders, dredging equipment, and other heavy machinery.
- Ensure coating quality, corrosion protection, and compliance with HSE standards.
- Operate and maintain blasting and spray painting equipment safely.
Requirements
- Previous experience in spray painting and blasting heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of industrial paints, surface preparation, and anti-corrosion coatings.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently.
- Experience in marine construction, dredging, or offshore industries is preferred.
