Role overview

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quantity surveying, business administration, supply chain management, law, or a related discipline.
• Bilingual Arabic and English proficiency across speaking, writing, reading, and listening.
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Currently or previously working as a Commercial Manager.
• A master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent is advantageous.
• MRICS, MCIPS, PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Experience in marine construction, offshore, dredging, oil and gas, EPC, or heavy civil infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Candidates should be available on short notice or hold a transferable visa and be able to join immediately or on short notice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy, governance, and business operations.
• Manage and oversee contracts and commercial activities.
• Lead procurement and supply chain management.
• Manage logistics and related commercial activities.
• Oversee tendering, proposals, and business development.
• Conduct commercial negotiations with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project commercial performance, costs, risks, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure effective contract administration and commercial compliance.
• Support management in strategic business and project decisions.

Compensation

• Pay starts from QAR 10,000 per month.

Work location

• Work is performed in person.
