Experience and qualifications
- At least 10 years of total professional experience, including at least 5 years of GCC experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is preferred.
- Marine or oil and gas industry experience in the GCC is preferred.
- Experience in claims, variations, EOT submissions, delay analysis, and time-impact analysis is highly preferred.
- Marine construction, earthworks, or infrastructure project experience is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, activity sequencing, productivity, and resource requirements.
- Good reporting and coordination skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Planning responsibilities
- Prepare and manage baseline programmes, tender programmes, and detailed construction schedules.
- Manage resource and manpower loading, progress monitoring, progress updates, look-ahead programmes, and recovery programmes.
- Support both tender-stage planning and post-award project planning and monitoring as required.
